What are the gains from using a bigger tb (say 68mm) over stock

It's not worth it if the motor is completely stock. Everything works together, & with no other supporting mods, the larger TB won't give you an advantage.

i have 68mm with thermal gasket on stock internal motor running good ... the thing with some people they buy a bigger throttle body without port matching the hole on the manifold
