2.0l dart block build from blueprint racing

We normally build most engines here with OEM blocks. This would be 1of 3 DART blocks that has been built at BluePrint Racing. As far as HP numbers for this build we can not disclose, so please do not ask. We have built similar engines with over 265whp on a dynojet. This engine is built for endurance races and reliability for long periods of extreme conditions.

Following Specs:

2.0L DART block / race prepped by BluePrint Racing
Custom 84.5mm Wiseco piston / vertical gas ports / ceramic coated
BP ultra light I-beam rods w/ ARP 2000 rod bolts / race treatment
OEM Honda bearings w/ race treatment
BP lighten crankshaft w/ race treatment
toda oil pump gear

B18C cylinder head
BP Stage 3 Cylinder head porting
Sinus Ultimate Performance Series valves ( titanium coated w/ snakeskin finish ) Sinus Ltd - High performance engine valves
BP valvesprings and retainers
TWM ITB's match ported runners w/ cylinder head
BP Stage 3 camshafts

finished BP diamond hone & bore prepp

Custom Wiseco Pistons w/ vertical gas ports / ceramic coated. BP ultralight I-beam rods race treatment.

BP lighten crankshaft w/race treatment, assembled with main caps and bearings.

Pistons and rods ready for assembly.

pistons being installed with wiseco 84.5mm ring compressor.

we use lots of WD-40.

These blocks are pricey! DART has them for $2600.00. We usually just use good OEM honda blocks and sleeve them with our BP M-1 sleeves.

Badass Build

I was considering a set of your I Beam Rods for my next set up, but really haven't heard much about them. Now that I see you using them in this type of motor I think I'm sold on them.
