everybody has to start somewhere. it just has to be a chance you are willing to take. i started when i was like 18-19 and charged $20. after a couple months, when i got the hang of it i uped it to $100, then $150 and so on

and sometimes being cheap is better or just as good as top dollar.

i buy ebay catback exhaust for 120 shipped and its mandrel bent and 2.5 inch. you tell me what shop will give me 2.5inch piping mandrel bent for that price

Yes but you are comparing apples to oranges. An ebay exhaust won't blow your car up. A bad tune can.

As you stated, a tune can blow your motor but thats something have to take into consideration when you take that chance.

People took there chance with me when i first started. I took a chance buying that ebay catback, not knowing if it was going to fall apart on me within a week
