    b16a3 motor build............

    whats up guys.. ok lets get to the point my lil bro wants to build up his b16a3 he wants to go turbo in the summer but rite now he wants to build the block until then what should he do...

    what bolt ons should he get (headers, manifold, throttlebody.. etc)?
    what rods, cams and cam gears ?
    what turbo set up should he go he wants 300+ ?

    guys i appreciate the advice in advance... im not to familiar with b16a2 so i thought i ask from you experienced honda owners. i just need help on what parts to use for the build... thanks

    oo and he has a gsr tranny should he keep it or go b16 ?

    Keep the gsr trans if he intends on going turbo. The gearing provides the best compromise in and out of boost.

    defenetly keep the gsr tranny...y not sell the b16 block and build it up a ls block...and the build depends on how his budget is

    if hes got money eagle rods wiesco 9.1 compression pistons arp rod bolts nd head studs some skunk2 stage 2 cams better valvetrain better header nd bigger throttle body. then u could sleeve th block later on i personally would but a gsr or ls block instead but its up to you

    port the head get it done right .

    some type of h beam rods with forged pistons, JE eagle are good

    crower cams turbo cams since thats what he is doing

    s300 tune the bitch

    440cc injectors to be on safe side

    tuning will be the key with this build
