Oil catch can

Hey guys i was wondering a couple things about hookin up an oil catch can.

so i have a b20/vtec (gsr head) and in order to hook up a oil catch can, is all i have to do is run a line from the valve cover, to the catch can, then a line to a vacuum? is this correct? if not could you please clear up things for me

do i have a pcv from the block?

can i get away with just running it like they do for the turbo one even if im n/a
