As it's been said before ITR/CTR cams.

On the header argument I'm not a fan of the narrow knockoffs. IMO the knockoff hytech tri y big tube is the best knockoff out when it comes to making power on larger displacement motors.

Not to mention you can find a real rmf narrow for like $500 used compared to paying over $400 for a knockoff.

wrong.

donf did a test that pretty much proves the narrow is the best knockoff out for a 2.0 built motor

Performs well on 1.8s as well but really shines on 2.0's

You know who DONF is? you know who j-ktuning is you obviously have heard of DFE.

I would not believe this without seeing it in person. I've saw the claims kiddracing makes, and have saw the header in action compared to the stock oem header, and it only made like 6whp over it where as kiddracing claims like 15whp over other aftermarket headers.

some header tests - Honda-Tech

This is one of the many 3rd party test out, done by donf.

This test was vs the new skunk2 mega power header which retails over 799.00
vs a Rage "hytech" big tube replica

against the narrow header

The narrow has the best ground clearence and power wise came in 2nd, only losing by 5 peak whp to the skunk2 header.
With that said
It was rated
Skunk2
Narrow
Rage hytech replica

Power vs cost, the narrow provided more torque and whp before 7800rpms then the rage / skunk2..

read the thread.. its all in there. This was done on a mildly done 2.0 liter
DONF who built my block recommended I go with the narrow on my serious b20vtec build.. I did, and haven't looked back..
Just for informational purposes, just a bolt on feel, the car took in 15% more fuel across the board vs my hytech big tube header i had.. I had a "real" one.

Btw, ask Derek Roberison about "integratype-r" he's a good buddy of mine, he'll tell you i aint bullshitting :P

Thats 1 test on 1 motor all probably done on the same day with no fine tuning.
