right bolts?

just need to know which one of these goes to the starter. i have 2 of the bolt on the top but only 1 of the one on the bottom, and i got them in a shopping bag so its not like i just know.

the one on the bottom goes to the lower half of the starter...the top one looks kinda long for the top half of the starter
