2003 RSX Type S Clutch Install

Compared to the b series, the K series has alot more labor involved to remove the tranny. From the top there is plenty of room. From the bottom you will notice the cars subframe is in the way. It will have to be removed to drop the tranny. It also leaves the motor sitting in the car held up by one mount. besides that the tranny job is just like a b series. Here are some pics.

Is Type S a 6 speed?

That clutch looks pretty bad for a 2003.

yes it was a 6 speed and yes the clutch was killed, he had the car towed to my house. Rob

no he was probaly a starter driving a stick ? should of started off with the dealership cars lOl .. im j/k werd:-) im new to driving stick too

nah beat the clutch to the ground.
between track use and every day traffic the clutch went.
knew i needed a new clutch so waited til the old one went.

hey rob my mounts are in so email me when you can do them.
