With the right amount of security you should be able to park almost anywhere. A good alarm with a backup battery, a motion sensor, multiple sirens and hood/trunk pins. Combine that with a quick release, hub lock, and some kill switches, if it doesnt stop a thieve it will certianly slow his ass down a lot.
