New Language
I was thinking that in 2009, I should start learning a new language. What do you guys suggest?

By the way, I have no desire to learn Spanish.

i guess thats how white people call it, i am part chinese and hang out with most ABC's, most of htem dont even speak mandarin, only cantonese.
from what i noticed mostly fobs and HK peeps speak mandarin, the rest canto.

same here, i wanted to learn some european language and german sounds badass. now i need to find a place to learn it, haha

I also want to learn a European language.

I was talking to my sister about the same thing and she said she had heard that Rosetta Stone language CDs were pretty good. I looked it up and the whole package for German was $550. Here it is: Learn German with Rosetta Stone. I wonder how in depth the lessons are.
