Video: Police Brutality: NYPD Kicks A Handcuffed 19-Year-Old Man In The Balls!

I sware, detectives can get away with anything these days. Now they wonder why people in the hood get happy when a cop is shot and killed even if they are a good cop. It doesn't matter its basically us vs them.

That guy was on the floor and posed no threat and got kicked in the nuts. What is the police department gonna do about it? Suspend the guy with no pay and take him to trial? Thats fine but what about if he was an off duty officer and someone pushed his ass to the ground, I bet it would be assault on an officer and they''ll try to lynch you for it. Sick of the cops..
