i would buy 1.5 mil. worth of property in Philly( yes philly according to alot of people philly is the next forest hills, and if you know what happend to property there you will understand), rent it out, and wait for it to rocket, but a house for a Mill., and the a SLR, then sit back and collect rent money, and finish law school.
