Infractions System

These are the current infractions. Each time you get an infraction you also get points. Points put you in limited access groups or banned depending on the infraction. The groups are listed above and tell you how many points are needed to become a member of that group. They expire after the time stated and your user status is back to whatever it was.

an insult and inappropriate language are to an extent subjective. Not to mention some people take inappropriate language as an insult chairfall:
Those are very broad terms and should be defined/explained further.

Also, if some 1 makes an undercover name to start beef they get banned however any other member can have multiple user names as long as they dont start beef? hmmm

most of the time, if a user with mulitple names doesn't start beef on the forum, we don't even know they have more than one name. if a "new member" creates problems, we usually look into that user 2 see if they were a previous or current member on the site. if they do in fact have more than one name, one of which is used 2 talk shit under, they will be banned.

u guys aren't stupid, i don't think u need detailed literal explainations for every word written in the infraction system. i'm sure u understand/can figure it out without having 2 have every little thing up there spelled out for u.

secondly...an insult can come in many ways..it can be sarcastic, it can be direct or indirect and sometimes it can only be understood by those that know wtf is going on hence yes maybe im stupid that i still think it deserves further explanation...also some people are extra sensitive who think everything thats ever being said is about them..

Part Of Why This Website Is Soo Broad Is Because Of The Beef. So There Fore B20 Should Be Thnakful To The Guys That Start The Beef. Doesnt This Make Sense? If There Were No Beef It Would Be Boring. I Dont Know I Think Mods Or Admin Taking It The Wrong Extent. Why Start Using These " Infractions" Or " Summonses".. I Think Its A Joke. When a gold-member is breaking the rules, we do take into consideration that he/she is a supporting member. You don't get a point extention, but in most cases you will just recieve a warning as apposed to an infraction. But it's up to the moderator to decide, based on the case. I give gold members/sponsors warnings as apposed to infractions, unless they are completely out of hand.

That's not what motivates us. As Erynn said, we don't go through every name looking for multiple user accounts. We do when that user acts out, or noticeably "hides behind" a name. There is more involved then just one click of the mouse to check this.

LOL, you should be a lawyer Blazed... I'll speak for myself when I answer this. I look for real insults. Things like racist comments, or someone being personally made fun of (when someone says something to truly INSULT someone, it's pretty obvious). I suppose another example could be, making someone feel like shit because they put ugly rims on their car, and really ripping into him/her like they are dirt. We don't want people to have to worry about being made fun of by a bunch of middle-schoolers, so those people will recieve infractions. Friendly banter is OK. We know who is friends with who here, so we know when a comment is meant to be hurtful, or when it is just banter. If you do recieve an infraction, and you feel you didn't deserve it, feel free to KINDLY PM the moderator who gave you the infraction. Posting threads complaining, or crying to the Admin will not help your cause, handle it like an adult. I hope this helps a little.

I'm sure you know we allow some cursing. Racist words are the best example of inappropriate language, PERIOD. We will not tollerate racist language. If you notice someone using racist language, and we miss it, please PM a mod. We want people to feel welcome here, and this policy is to protect other users. I don't follow your logic, with the HT comment; so I won't respond...
