You deff have a virus but it sounds like the op wouldnt have the skills to go through the sys32 folder or even how to find it. (its hidden on some coputers). Best advice would be to just do a format of the harddrive and start fresh. You are gonna lose all your music and pictures and everything you didnt back up. This should teach you to take better care of your computer in the future. Ive had my laptop for going on 5 years and I have never had a virus and I used to look at all sorts of porn and shit out there. Get an antivirus package after you reinstall everything then set it to auto live update and auto scann once a week and youll be good.

run it under safe mode. make your way into system recovery under the tools tab through start, all programs...

restore the system to a previous date.. where the system was known to be stable.
that way you dont lose your files and important documents
