Nortons a piece of shit. Fuck norton. I had hella viruses pop ups and hackers like crazy. I payed NORTON like 80 to clear it all up and I watched them as they did it. The mother fuckers deleted 1 of my important internet files. Now it says I have internet but I can't go online. I can only use online options like lime wire and other shit that I don't have 2 open the internet 2 use. And they don't want 2 refund me or fix the problem they told me I have 2 call my computer company and spend more money so they can fix it.

first go to superantispyware.com...download that, make sure it's up to date when it asks to update, run quick scan, reboot, full scan

then go to avast.com, dl the free version, install it and say yes to boot time scan, reboot PC

you'll be good to go

get symantec anti virus shit works unlike that norton shit.....i say you backup all your important files and stuff, wipe the os and start fresh then just restore your data
