manual to power windows

Wats good b20 im tryin 2 convert my manual windows to power. I got the motors and switches but no harness for them but idk cuz ill run wires myself.. I been lookin around on google but all the pages wit pics are invalid or wat ever if ne1 has pics and has done this b4 plez help me out and bumpt this if u view thxx
