Need help with driver seat.

Sup b20, im posting this for a friend, he's got a 94 civic ex 2door, and he's in need of the driver side seat, he found a seller but he feels like he's getting ripped off, the seller is selling it for 108.

You guys think he's being ripped off?? and also where do u think he could get this seat for a cheaper price if possible (junk yard,privet seller,etc)?
