the p90x system will kick your ass.. it isnt a typical bodybuilder workout regime but a great strength endurance program good for conditioning and leaning out!! I will definetely recomened it..

I haven't gotten it yet but I've seen some of the videos and it's legit. Best part is you don't need a bunch of equipment.

Listen i know a lot of workout infomercials are all hype. But this p90x shit is the truth, i know 5 people that have had some serious transformations in the 90 day periods, im talking like unbelieveable results. It definately works, you need to take the time out and read everything. The most important part of this workout is reading and FOLLOWING the diet. If you do not follow the diet you will not see good results. If you workout hard following the videos and follow the diet correctly you should see serious results that pay off. Im going to start my p90x session if february, i cant wait.

well itz a good workout n all u have to be dedicated to your body and eat the corect way to see results also yess it works in a 3 month period base but also u have to know ur body exceeds

clen is some dangerous stuff there bud. The doses are soo small it is easy to take too much.

I wouldnt recomend it any anyone unless they have a full understanding on how steroids work and how to setup a proper cycle.

Now Im not against steroids just against misinformed people using it
