need help from the b20 workout gods
So i'm currently tryin to get back in shape for the summer but i lack the diet and exercise routine i need to get it back. i'll list what i currently do. and every other day i take leukik and gakik.
i'm 5'9 and around 185ish probly more. monday to thursday. cardio 45 mins. then leg presses 120lbs 20 a set and usually 4 sets. then biceps 45lbs at around 20 a set 4-6 sets. chest 70lbs at 25 set 4 sets. and abs hanging and crunches 20 a set and around 8-9 sets. and i eat what ever i can get.

Monday- Chest and tri's- 4-5 exercies 4-5 sets of 8-14 reps.
Tuesday- Back and Bi's- ^^^^^^ Wednesday- Shoulders and legs/abs/cardio- ^^^^^^ Rinse and repeat... rinse and repeat. join Twin Park and hire my brother to train you. you'll be bulletproof.
