I Need Some Tips.
I just started working out after a long time. I want to see if anyone was or is losing weight and can give me some tips on how they lost pounds quick or are losing pounds quick. I already do about half an hour on the treadmill and half an hour on bikes then about 45 mins of small lifting. I want to know whats the easiest and fastest way to lose the beer belly. Im not like obese or anything and ive always been active I just need a guide because I honestly dont know my way around a gym lol. So any tips would be greatly appreciated.

thanks bro . I do like 30-45 mins on treadmill then I do lifting. I eat salads and a piece of grilled chicken. I've lost 5 pounds in about 7 days. My goal is atleast 20 by the end of April. I got to work on eating right and really getting my mind into it.

the easiest way to lose any weight is to cut out junk food, cut down on carbs such as breads and incorporate cardio into your routine. If you burn more calories then you take in, in a day, you will lose weight, but it also completely relies on the type of food youre getting the calorie from. Calories are mainly a measurment of energy.
1gram of fat =9 kcal
1gram cabrs =4 kcal
1gram protein= 4kcal.
For the record, men mainly store fat in the lower abdomen and the main way to burn stomach fat is running.
