it is too good to be true, this is like that primerica bullshit, you will go to seminars they will talk on how to be succesful you'll "work" under someone nd recruit other people and you never get to see a dime, you just waste cash driving to the places and dressing up all nice for nothing. and funny shit is this neggas brainwash people so dont do it dont waste your time

Even if a company DID perhaps wan't new salesman out in the field. They wouldn't offer it as "free" on fucking b20vtec of all sites to recruit. The entire iq of this site combined = 50,000 lulz

I have that license and nobody is buying houses or renting apartments.The only ppl looking for apartments are section 8 familys. Nobody is going to make $500 in one day renting apartments unless you a top agent that has lots of leads and references and working in manhattan.
