depending on how far the broken piece is inside the block if u can feel it get a 15mm bolt with a good head grind down the end to clean it up and tack weld it to the broken bolt make sure you do a good weld always do it right the 1st time once you have welded the bolt onto the broken one wait for it to cool down and loosen it up ive done it plenty of times it works great

see if u can hammer cuts in the bolt it self so u can start to screw it out with a phillup or a flat head. U can drill it out also. I think the reason this happened was because you was missing dowl pins that keep the tranny in place.
