u doint need to upgrade the fuel rail... up graded fuel rails are pointless

you got a longgg ways to go bro.. And what do u consider to be "fast"

Coz fast for you, might be achived with a small shot on a single fogger. But as far as going fast with a B16 ( Johan "PinkboostedEG" went 14.3-14.4 on a bone stock B16 in a bubble)<~~ IMO thats plenty fast, so in that case, just learn to drive ( seat time and practice)

or do like everyone else says, go Ls Vtec ( use the B16 head, and pistons and just trow it in/on a Ls block) or even CTR pistons..

best bet is to really do your research don't make people feed you info that you don't know about....lsv if done wrong can blow and other setups as well...first read some feeback on thinsg done by people and there budget..then go with what you want

B20 block, sleaved to 2.2l. Stroker kit. Build head with good parts, and get port and polish. Oversized valves, springs, cams, ect. Throw some indivual throttle bodies on and a good tune... Those parts with a good header and exhaust, should make some power.

Or get a ls block, put your b16 head on it, and turbo it. Probably make more power and cost a hell of a lot less.
