***CUSTOM Carbon Fiber***
EXCLUSIVE IMPORTS Now does custom carbon fiber... We get triple grade AAA carbon fiber in any color. We can wrap almost anything in carbon fiber, fenders, roof, dash, trunk, interior panels, hoods, etc..... ever get tired of spending $600+ in carbon fiber fenders.... and then when 1 brakes u have to go buy a whole new set.... how about you wrap you existing fenders in carbon fiber and get the SAME EXACT look and feel but with 2x the rigitity of regular carbon fiber because you have the metal under the carbon.... Get into an accident? now all you have to do is just get 1 made for a fraction of the price.... each fender will weigh 6 ounces more than the original.... (not a big difference) same great look only difference is it lasts longer and you can do anything your heart desires..... now a days carbon fiber isnt as "light weight" as it used to be because of the (breaking) issue. All carbon fiber parts are hand laid using 10-12 layers of non yellowing carbon composite resin, then sanded down from 60 grit all the way up to 1500 wet sand and 3 coats of Automotive Car clear are applied followed by a buff and wax.
(DISCLAIMER)--- So everyone gets an understanding this process is NOT a same day application it is just as tidious and complex as any other carbon fiber process..... there are 10-12 layers of resin that need to be applied an 1-2 hours between layers depending on the humidity than it is sanded through a numerous amounts of grits then wet sanded than buffed and cleared with car clear.... this is a week to 2 week process!
