95 bmw 318i f/s

i have for sale is a 95 bmw 318i
this car has 165,800 miles on the body and 151,000 miles on the motor, i replaced the motor back in july of 09, i bought the used motor from a junkyard in new jersey. (i have reciepts for motor purchase)

runs great, rides very smooth

interior is in good condition except tear in the driver seat which is a minor repair(as seen in pic)

the car has the following
-new brakes all around as of 12-2008
-new belts as of 12-2008
-new projector headlights and halo rings from bavtoys.com with 8000k hid's
-pioneer radio
-new 35% tint on all windows except windshield as of 07-2009
-all 4 tires are goodyear eagle gt with about 85% life left on all 4
-cruise control
-heat
-ice cold a/c
-

the bads-
-needs new driver side taillight
-tear in driver side seat
-gash in passanger side door due to someone trying to break into the car (when last owner had it)
im asking $2800 obo...please feel free to throw me offers..
