Well I cant tell what wires those are from the pics but if you dont want to change all the harnesses then just trace all of their wires back and make sure everything is joined and connected properly (if everything works right now). If stuff doesnt work at the moment then I would just advise you to start over with fresh harness because its worth saving you the headache.
