okay ...from what i know there are aftermarket pistons that you can put in an H that wont destroy the block. i think mahle pistons are ones that ive read about that have been used. sleeving of course will is sure bet though. i went a sleeved block and have never had issues w/ the wall or pistons for that matter.
possible/cheaper alternative could also be getting type s pistons... which i think, not sure are 11.5:1 compression... not 100% on that but i know w/ some milling of the head you can definitely hit your goal w/ that setup alone.

if you run forged pistons you have to sleeve the block. If not then your good but I would suggest you sleeve the block anyway.

SLeeve it your stock sleeves are Fiber Reinforced Sleeves. you pistons will go through that like hot knife through butter. you need the iron ductile.

From what I've heard you have to resleeve with your block to run forged pistons. But either way I would sleeve it so in the future you got options and room to go up in power without tearing it apart completely. Do everything right the first time, save yourself the headaches. Right Bustr? lol
