G23 or h2b?

I'm thinking of my next build & I have been seeing a lot of good things from both the h2b & the g23. I was wondering does anybody know the pros & cons of each build? Also with the g23 which trans is used with that setup?

if you could get your hands on a f23 block go g23,its a no brainer bigger bore and bigger stroke than the h22 and also there's no need to sleeve it because it consist of cast iron sleeves....
