h22 head on f22 block?

ok so some one told me that i could put a h22 vtec head on a f22b1 block, without making any changes...basically a direct fit......is this true or do i need to buy other parts?

i got this dubber...
im currently at like 90% on my g22 crx build except im using a f22a block... same width as any other f series block so therefore u will have to plug 2 holes on the head not a big deal had a shop do it with crush plugs nd it looks great...
its these 2 holes if u have the head resting on the intake side...

also i would suggest going to kaizenspeed nd ordering a balance shaft eliminator kit so it free's up some horse power nd gets rid of that other pulley system... that looks like this!!

also you have to take a h22 water pump gear nd put it onto ur stock f series water pump as well as cut a h series water pipe the side that goes to the thermostat nd mate that withe the f series half that goes to the water pump... pm me if u have questions
