h22 bolt torque spec?

i was wondering if any of you guys knew
how much torque i gotta put on the headstuds (arp),
rod bolts, and the other bolts that go at the bottom

head studs, I think are about 75ft/tq, but theres a specific sequence

arp head with arp moly lube ist 80 ft lbs in three steps and with 30wt oil its 85ftlbs
do you have stock rods or aftermarket and the mains are 54 ftlbs in 3 steps

i ordered acl race bearings for em
and i needed to know how much to torque everything
so you say 80 for the headstuds with lube...(can i use motor oil as lube?)
and for the rods how much would you say?
