2000 Civic SIR/B20 Dart block & Turbo

I have just finished building a B20 Dart Block 84.5mm bore. I used my stock B16 head that has had some light work done to it( cleaned up and new valve guide seals). I went with the CP 9:1 comp pistons and Eagle extra long H beam rods to make up the deck height of the new block. I was going to get the stroker kit but decided to keep the budget down. A list of other parts used are as follows: Cometic head gasket, AEM fuel filter, AEM fuel pressure regulator, pulleys ,high volume fuel rail, Skunk 2 cam gears, Walboro 255 fuel pump and 650 injectors. I have a type R water pump, Pro Drive GSR Oil Pump Gear and ARP head studs.. I did use some stock bolt on parts to complete the engine. I will be running a turbo kit that I custom built for my car which consists of an HKS manifold with custom offset plate to keep the A/C. A Td05 EVO 3 turbo with internal waste gate. Custom intercooler piping and a sterion intercooler (want to upgrade intercooler soon). I use a DSM BOV and The exhaust is 2 1/2 inch with a Magnaflow High Flow muffler. I also just purchased a new Flex-A-Lite low profile fan and Fluidyne Radiator. For gauges I am using the Auto Meter Cobalt series Boost, EGT, Fuel Pressure and Oil Pressure. Also have a standard Auto Meter A/F gauge. I am using an OBD1 ECU with UBBERDATA modification for my Fuel management. I just swaped out my Tranny for a 99 GSR with LSD. I will prime the engine this weekend and check for leaks. If all is well then to the Dyno to break in the engine. I am hoping to run between 300 -350 whp on a mustang dyno for this year. Then drive train upgrades next year, bigger turbo and intercooler and I am hoping to hit the 400 whp mark.

I have attached a link to see more pics.

It is all finally done. I will be taking it to the dyno tomorrow to break it in. After a week or two I will then be switching out my 450 cc injectors to my 650 and putting in my 255 fuel pump. I am then going to switch out my ECU with my new fuel management and back to the dyno to tune and try for some numbers. I am not expecting to high as my turbo and intercooler are not big enough to run some big numbers. I will be replacing those next year. I will post up a dyno vid when I shoot for numbers and make a couple of vids of the car as well.

Here is a new link with all new pics. http://members.shaw.ca/turbosirpics/turbosir.htm

In the new pics you can see the dip stick. It is between the 2nd and 3rd exhaust tube on the manifold. Not sure if I am going to change it. It works where it is.
