raced a gsr

well your car i believe weighs just a little less than his. but seeing that your vtec engages later than his. he should pull on you just a little. i believe it was a pretty good race. in a gsr, vtec engages around 4500 rpm. my brother's ek hatch with a b16 doesn't seem to pull as hard as my old gsr ek hatch because it engages vtec at around 5k rpm. but its just as fast. correct me if im wrong on my logic behind this answer!

just cuz the car redlines at 9500 an u said is a chip doesnt mean it has power till 9500 ...if its not built for high rpms u loose power.... ...smhh

i know it redlines at 95 doesnt mean i was shifting at 95.. i was shiftin between 82-8500

nice thanks for the info.. that would mean it wieghs the same i believe mine weighs in at 2650...
