i know, hes def. a great player... just dont seem to come thru when its REALLY needed.. kinda like arod lol

He's a career 306. w/ RISP. Being Clutch is a word that get's thrown around based on past success. Jeter is considered a clutch player, yet the mofo hasn't had a clutch hit since 2000.

seeing the team every day is really when u see whos clutch, who comes thru all the time when they really need it. RSIP can mean anything, that could mean a man on 2nd in a 10-1 game. Being clutch is when u constantly deliver those hits when its a tie game, when the run really means somehting

to add to that...

batting in a 10 run game with RSIP isnt the clutch

batting with 2 outs in the 9th inning of game 7 of the NLCS with your team trailing by a run or so, THATS the clutch

bump for delgado, i see him being a major part of the playoffs this year. Also look at Jose Reyes with his doubles this year, seems like he has a double in almost game with his great speed. METS FTW, phillies aint got nothing on us.
