First of all 911 only handles emergencies now.

2nd 311 is the number for these non emergency calls.

3rd after 10 minutes on the phone they transfer you to another information number to run the plates. That number is down.

alright thanks, it was my cousins car and we pretty much know by now its gone. We were just tryna check to see if it was towed while we waited for the cops to come make the report..
