yea i know wat you mean and its not like my job is on a main road either and where the car was parked you couldnt see it from the road because theres high bushes blocking it

didnt you mention something about a second key to start the car ? maybe im misunderstanding but how would they of by passed it ?...did you ask police if it possible was impounded..

yup i saw the video the car was not impounded i watched them push it with another car then pull off basically the car was push started
