what to do with tranny/motor vins

My integra was stolen recently and I was looking at some old pics and was able to read out the vin from the tranny and the serial# from the block of the swap I had in the car. Is there anything I can do to help track it down. And also, I typed the vin in carfax and it doesn't appear meanwhile wen I had the car, I typed the vin and it appeared as an 01 gsr. But the #'s in the pics r pretty clear. Why coud this happen?

Btw: the tranny vin is jh4dc25901s007465

The block serial # is B18c1- 1801184

If anyone knows the whereabouts of this setup, ill reward u with cash for any info possibly given. Car was stolen from deer park, ny and found on joselson avenue in bayshore, ny. Car must have been pushed to its location on feet so its someone nearby that area that stripped it.

maybe because the car it originally came ut of was destroyed,junked etc.... idk but just report it stolen in case

i guess ur kind of right you need some type of bill of sale, god i hate thiefs why dont everbody start putting some type of gps on there cars
