all of our h4 kits are a xenon low beam, halogen high beam, so you get the best of both worlds. We do have 6000k in stock which is pure white. You can order your kit on our site Top Speed Performance New York

is there say a 9004 kit that has BOTH lo and hi beam hid bulbs, instead of the halogen high beam?

we dont carry that particular one, most of our customers prefer the xenon low beam halogen high beam
