Opinion on a high comp. poor mans type r on a 75 shot

Here is the set up I am thinking about.

Gsr Block,typer head. With 12:1 compression pistons,block guard and gurdle,Skunk 2 pro series 2 head package,blox intake manifold with a 68mm throttle body with 450cc injectors.I was wondering how much nitrous to use. I plan ot tune with Hondata s200 and race gas.I was thinking a 75 shot,I am gonna have it full throttle engaged with the progrssive nitrous system,just to make it as safe as possible. My goals is mid 11's with the 75 shot. Do you think its possible?

Do you know how a progressive setup works? Its a setup where the volume of nitrous gradually rises as the rpms go up. So are you going from a 25 to a 50 shot or 75 to a 100? Please tell me your going from a 75/100. A measly 75 isn't worth it on a motor where your going to have forged internals. And please say that your going to do a direct port setup. This is the most effective way to setup your nitrous.

bro your compression is a lil to high for 75 shot....i would say more like 25shot...high compression doesNOT like NAs....believe me bro...and you would also need to fine a good as tuner!!! im not saying you cant do it but if you do your motor wont last long das why i would use a smaller shot with those high compression piston.

I gotta disagree with this. I know people with higher compression with a 100 shot and they still running strong.I ts just tuning and making sure that shit dont lean out.

Well I said 11's cause i am running that setup now and I ran high 12s all motor untuned. I can get 11s if a bone stock ls on a 100shot can run 12.7 all day i can get 11's with my setup on nitrous.,Its just i need to finish my suspension.Once i do that and put on my slicks i should break 11's.I am seeing slower cars than me all motor put on a lil nitrous and they running faster times than me

Im happy your smart enough to notice when people don't know what the fuck their talking about. Its all about fuel pressure.


The thing with a high compression nitrous setup is that it just takes a bigger shot to know it's working for
you. I mean who wants to run for "EXAMPLE" a 14:1 cr with a 50 shot? You wouldn't even feel that shit trust me.

If you are anywhere near a 12:0 & up it will require RACE GAS.
