Some guys setup that I talked to at the track.
K24 bottom end forged pistons and rods around 12:1 comp (can't remember) Ported K20 head RBC intake mani Blueprint cams (can't remember specs) SSR header 3" exhaust Two stages tuned through hondata 180 in the direct port 75 in the single fogger Said that he made around 520whp. Shawn Church tuned it. Nitrous FTMFW!

Or you could retard timing with the program you have and run a wet kit.

old set up for 2004!!!!
in a 88 crx si... BLOCK: b20 stock sleeves je 11.1 cr pistons .25 over crower rods and crower stock 89 mm crank welded block guard acl rac bearings arp head studs HEAD: stock port b18c1 usdm gsr head crower stg2 cams springs and ti. rets. bbk intake manifold bbk 70mm tb FUEL: 94 Sunoco pump gas 440 injectors 255 fuel pump NITROUS: Nos wet kit 200 shot This build was done in 04 in my cuz's crx. it was an everyday street car that we'd run on bottle for fun. the car was never dyno tuned just street tuned on a vafc. we did go to the track and made consistant 10.8 passes in the car for about 2 seasons. then the stock sleeves just gave up on us when the clutch blew so it was all good bc we made our $ back on street runz. |

Why is that hard to believe? It is a WET kit. lol
I have seen that done and last a decent amount of time. It is usually driver error or a tuning error that blows the motor.
