depends on how much money you have to spend!!... pistons would be 9.5.1 , some eagle rods would do the job, type r cams are good too if budget is a problem, a good turbo is a precision sc61, as for fuel set up i would do 1000cc, you could do an external fuel pump or 255 walbro, springs&retainers is a must, valves , 3 layer headgasket, victor x intake manifold, 70mm throttlebody, and a good tuner should be around 400 hp+

girdle is not needed. there are people making 600+ hp without a girdle. and ill tell you this 1 bro anything above 350+ you can kiss reliability out the window its definitly not gonna be somethin reliable for day to day driving. id say only for a weekend car.

Not true at all. I own and have had a hand in building many cars that are upwards of 450whp and driven everyday, long trips short trips, etc. 100% daily driver, you just have to build things right. Quality parts. Not ebay garbage!

Have your block sleeved to 84mm
9:5:1 or 10:1 Pistons
H Beam Rods
Oem Honda Bearings
Crank Micro Polished
GE LSV Kit with ARP headstuds
Have someone like endyn, alaniz, or combustion contraption build you a head with dual valve springs, valves, and retainers. You want to run something like pro 1 cams with adjustable cam gears. Edlebrock Victor X with at least a 65mm TB. New Bosch 1000cc Injectors.

you must be out of your mind.
girdles are one of the best things ever invented. this is why they come from factory in a type r and gsr motor. the k series have them as part of the block, not main caps like the b series.
believe it or not, under high rpms and stress, the block starts to flex. when it reaches that point, the crank takes all the stress. this is when you start to see bearing wear.
quality of parts are a must for EVERY BUILD, reguardless of what its built for.
