Gun shoved in my face by NYPD

This is a true story and happened today at or around 615pm. 1/2/08

i was driving my SI going to get my gf from train station. On 167st and jerome i made a left going up eward el grand in the bx. i went to red line 1st and 2nds

and made a right onto jesup ave. about half way through the street by the speed bump i notice police lights so i start to move over when they get right next to and i hear a cop put your fucking hands up ill kill you!!!! I see him pointing his gun at my face, hands went up .they were right next to me. hes like shut your car off shut your fucking car off. Im like you said put my hands up. shut the fucking car off and put your hands up or ill kill you i comply. they pull my door open and start yanking on my arms im being held by my seat belt. I tell them their like take it the fuck off don't do anything stupid or ill shoot you. I do so they yank me out and ruff me up smack me in the head. says what the fuck your ding we were chasing you and you pulled away from us at 60mph. they were never behind me till i saw there lights in the distance, which i told them i would never have run, they say shut the fuck up you were running. they go through my pockets take my wallet and start searching my car with out my concent because they never asked. they were like this your car is it stolen why you running i stated i was not running and i never saw your car.. they kept cursing at me ect. so we blocked the whole jesup its a one way. cop is like get in your car and move it over there keep your hands in plane site cuz im a good shot!!!

Im like wtf is wrong with them ive been pulled over be4 for way above the speed limit and never treated like this..... so he hands me a reckless driving ticket and is like this call went over the radio as a car chase and we had permission to ram you your lucky we didn't kill you... Im still like wtf..

story gets better

I call my Mike albert and tell him what happen and he says go to the pct and ask for a commanding officer and state what happen. so me my moms and wifey go. I speak with a sgt who states he is in charge and i explain what happen. he is like wow you do not come across to me like and nasty person and they should have not cursed at you... ok so he sits all three of us in a room and states to us to wait a min..

5 mins go by and the 2 jerks that pulled me over come barging in and is like are you serious we were chasing you and you were pulling away from us and you ran 4 red light and almost hit a guy crossing the street and killed him. I tell them i ran no lights and almost hit no one.
one cop yells you fucking liar and the other cop gets in my face in front of his sgt I state calmly i did none of that. they start to get louder and my mom get in between my and one of the cops and tells the sgt does he have to speak to my son like this. hes like get out of my way to my mom.i pull her out of the way and let him act like the trash he is... and sgt is like its ok its ok nothing is gonna happen.
hes like if you want ill throw your ticket in the trash and arrest you you want that? i state no. then why are you here. I want you to know you over stepped your bounds you just don't pull a gun and point it at people for a traffic offense. I can 't believe he said this " I can pull my gun on any one that runs from me its a sign of the times" i tell the sgt looking at them you see how they are acting this is what im talking about they acted just like this...
he pulls them out and speaks with them..

they come back after a few with out the sgt and is like so what are you gonna do with his hands on his cuffs. My mom is like we said enough and we walk out...

I used to here horror stories about police be4 but this is My first hand account with one..

i will say this i never ran from them and never saw then till they were about 200ft behind me, but they went way to far. tomorrow i will be contacting all the agencys that i need to so they can be investigated..

those two police officers have no respect for they jobs knor themselves.

I never yelled and never cursed..
they will remember me for the rest of there lives that sgt included for him allowing they to disrespect myself and my mother..

I don't hate police not at all but it is a shame that these cops even have any power like that. They belong in jail because they acted like animals..
Things will come back to them all and i will do it with out yelling or cursing at them.. They will think twice about drawing a fire arm on some one..

His gun was so close to my face that if he would have made a mistake or a accident with it i would be dead...... Cops like these are the ones that shoot people 41 times and shoot unarmed men... cops like this should never be aloud to wear that uniform....

ive been pulled over be4 for driving at much higher speeds then that and was in a small chase be4 and the cops have never even come close to this today... It is a true fucking shame that they have a job but im gonna do my best to make sure they get theres legally..

They are thinking right now oh we scared him out of doing anything. I hope they think that so they will never see it coming at them...
